I am not sure if this is posted already but it is a ESPN INsider preview by scouts inc.

I think it is a load of crap.

Key Points:

- Needs - WR, CB, G, MLB, FS, LB, QB
- Why -
WR - Welker is too small, Booker is too old and has injury problems.
CB - Daniels is better suited to NB because he is not fast enough, Hill lacks speed, Goodman has injury problems, Poole is coming back off injury
G - Hadnot is an overacheiver
MLB - Zach has injury problems and when he gets injured it disrupts the LB squad
FS - usual injury issues and lack of talent

There is the obvious stuff they talk about but I have to wonder why some of these guys make money.
CB - Daniels played well but he should be a nickle back because he is too slow. I wonder if after Jerry Rice's first season they would say he played great but he should be a slot receiver because he is too slow because he ran a poor combine. I don't think they watched any games, because if they did they would know Daniels never got beat in a foot race deep.
G - Basically saying Hadnot shouldn't start anymore because he is an overacheiver. Half the linemen in the NFL are overachievers.
MLB - Crowder is Zachs heir apparent I don't see a reason to crowd the MLB position more. Plus Derrick Pope has been a solid backup these last two years.
 
i cant see the whole thing do they make every team look like its in horrible shape

When Zach gets injured its bound to disrupt the LB position!! The guy is a Pro Bowler and future HOF'er!! Dumb observation. Its like saying if Chambers gets injured it disrupts our WR corp! :smackhead
