From the land of the Cheatriots:

2. Miami Dolphins (5-4)

Week 9: 13-6 win against the New York Jets, in Miami Gardens FL

Coming off back-to-back losses, the Miami Dolphins are back above .500 thanks to a hard-fought 13-6 win against the New York Jets — one that happened mostly because of a solid defensive performance: Miami did not give up a touchdown, registered four takeaways and two fourth down stops, and gave up just 282 yards of offense (for comparison, the team’s own offense gained just 168 yards). Furthermore, the unit outscored the offense.

While Miami’s offense failed to ice the contest, its defense did all it could to secure the victory as it registered interceptions on both New York drives after the aforementioned field goal. First, T.J. McDonald (9 TKLs, 1 INT) had a pick, then Walt Aikens (1 INT) had another one to give the Dolphins defense its fourth turnover of the day and the team as a whole its fifth victory of the year.

Patriots wouldn’t be a dynasty in any other division. This is a division of losers. It’s like the Jets, Bills and Dolphins compete every year to see who can suck more.

They would have the same post season success but their regular season win total would not be as high.

The disrespect of the Patriots around here is sad.

They’d be dominant in any division in either conference because they have the best qb of all time.

Instead of pretending to be rivals we should look at the AFC East as a team, and the Patriots are our Lance Armstrong.

Bill Billicheat is that good even when Brady goes down don't kid yourself. You might beat the Pats once surprise em but it does not happen twice unless you can really change things up. They are well prepared. Something Gase talks about at the player level but has not figured it out at the coaching level yet. I was hopeful the new assistants this year would get it done. The only solid part of the team is special teams. The linebackers are improving. The secondary took a step back along with the defensive ends . The defensive tackles have played better than expected. The offensive line is still medorcre at best. The wide recievers injury prone as expected and no prima in the bunch. Running backs are talented enough but not really producing to their talents. Our QB play has been to play not to loose which beats bad to medocre teams but doesn't get it done against the good teams.

who is 0-2 against Eli in the SB and beat everyone else by 3 points
Take Brees over Brady every day

I like Brees's ability more too, hell I think Rodgers, Manning and Marino of course had more natural talent than him. But Brady is a winner, a serial winner he almost always gets it done when he needs to and it's that that sets him apart from everyone else, without question he's been the greatest of all time, he's got more SB rings than those four others combined !!

The only division I was thinking the Patriots may not dominate year in and year out would have been the AFC North because of the Steelers and Ravens.

So I looked up head-to-head since Brady took over:

Pats/Brady vs Steelers = 11-3...5-1 home; 6-2 road (3-0 in playoffs)

Pats/Brady vs Ravens = 8-3...6-2 home; 2-1 road (2-2 in playoffs)

Pats/Brady vs Browns = 6-1...4-0 home; 2-1 road

25-7 overall 78.13% winning; 10-4 on the road 71.4% winning; 5-2 in playoffs 71.4% winning

That would break down to 12.5 wins and 3.5 losses per season

Pats/Brady overall record during regular season 203-57 for 78.1% winning

Pats/Brady during playoffs 27-10 for 73% winning

This just in...Pats and Brady are pretty F'ing good no matter who they play and no matter where they play!

And if your are smart you will bet on them to win regularly, not cover and you will make some good money. You know the script, why not profit from it?

Tom Brady would be the GOAT at anything he chooses to do. Parkour, fencing, knitting, or under water basket weaving. Winning is in his DNA.
