AFC Focus: Ranking the offensive tackles

oooooh that's stupid guard position is bad, but tackle is nice in the rush the best in the league (run behind of Vernon is for more than 5.1)

Yahoo sports really doesn't think that much of us... Actually i don't think anyone thinks that much of us. I honestly think that until Brady quinn bellyflops the mainstream media will never embrace Cam. Right now most Everybody thinks he's an idiot. Even though 21 teams passed on brady Quinn, including the team that picked him.

Well if thats the case they may never embrace Cam. i don't trulty think Quinn has to be a bust for Cam to be embraced, we just have to win.
 
my only issue is having the chiefs above us for signing a tackle we basically didn't want here in Macintosh...

I think at the time the best tackles were already taken so he was the best of the worst...Slim pickin at the LT spot

And 32 teams passed at least once on the great John Beck, including the team that picked him.

Whats ur point...John Beck didnt have a 1st round grade so he wasnt EXPECTED to be 32 teams 1st selection whereas Quinn was...So where Quinn disappointed in terms of draft selection, Beck did not.

Someone would be much more disappointing if they were expected to go in the top 9 and didnt go until the top 25 than if they were expected to go in the top 50 and did go in the top 50

Imagine how bummed you'd be having All World LT Walter Jones and not even crack the Top 16.
 
Two things about all this media stuff. first the media is probally a jets ,bills and patriots tailkissers . second miami needs to win some games they shoudlnt win and beat the teams we should beat. i.e. houston ,tenn , portor hill state. no matter who we play we need to have a outstanding game from our key players.

memo to players please dont go out and get arrested .on behalf of all dolphin fans we dont apreciate becoming the next bengals . if you feel the need to get tassed please do it in the comforts of the practice facility .
 
I can't really argue with any of them except the Chiefs and the Titans. Carey is very under-rated I think, and might always be. I'd much rather see an NFL top 32 rather than just the AFC. We would all be a lot more impressed then :D
