For those that still care.

As if the AFC playoff race wasn't crowded enough now Houston has joined the party.

Not surprised the 6 playoff teams are your usual suspects. Coincidence they all have above average QBs except maybe Cincy?

Coincidence they all have top shelf HCs?

The season is done. Try to get to 9 wins. They get pounded next week.

Yea, and Baltimore has a great opportunity to run the table vs. the schedule they face in the last 3 weeks. That could narrow it down to Brady, Peyton, Luck, Flacco, Roethlisberger, and Rivers. Stunner.

Also, no playoff picture should include the Phins at this point. After next week we will be 7-7 and dreaming up miracle scenarios to get in at 9-7, only to probably blow another game to a terrible Vikings or Jests team.

I don't think CIN, PIT, IND have top shelf HCs.

All have proven capable of winning playoff games, one even has a ring.

All these coaches are head and shoulders above Philbin, even mediocre Marvin Lewis

And here we are standing on a soft 17.

If you want to compete with those teams on a consistent basis, we need one of them there QBs. Otherwise we are looking to sneak in the playoffs on occasion like teams do here and there without one of those top QBs. Aside from the occasional outsider, the playoffs is basically the same cast of characters each season. Those teams with the top QBs are in the discussion almost every season.

EDIT: Oh. For some reason you are talking about head coaches. I thought you made the obvious observation that those teams have top shelf QBs with the exception of Cinci. Head coaches are overrated. Show me a team's QB and I will tell you how good the HC is.

Marvin Lewis is trash. Tomlin is way overrated and probably holds that team back a bit.

somehow i still believe but that game in NE is going to be tough. with a miracle, we'll sneak in like the 2010 jets did when they had 17% of getting the 6th seed but teams started to lose

Team is done for. We barely played meaningful games in December. How is that improving? Records don't matter for ****...the rest of our season is pointless and it's December 6th.. **** you Joe.

and someone said the AFC was weak this year...

why on earth would this team try and get to 9 wins? The season is O V E R. get a couple of feel good wins and it ****s up any chance of getting a new HC/QB and drops us even further in the draft.

forfeit out, **** it. who cares.

Remember when the division was ours after week 1? might as well have been our super bowl.

We need the Chargers to lose and I cannot get myself to cheer for the Pats.

speaking of the chargers and patriots...anyone notice how their QBs can throw the ball farther than 6 yards?
