As for the Dolphins' playoff chances, despite how bad the team looked Monday night, and how bad we all feel about this team right now, they are still just one game out of the Playoffs and are in the seventh spot, having the tie breakers over all the 4-5 teams right now. They also still have to play the Jets twice, meaning the Playoffs are still a possibility, no matter how bad things have looked.

Do we even want to get there? We'd have to go on the road and likely get pounded by whoever the opponent is.
 
we beat the 3rd and 4th place teams who we would be playing as the 6th seed, why would we get pounded?

I really think we will be spared that pounding....it's time to look at the draft.

You never know I guess, I just don't know how I can't remain optimistic, because the other option, makes no sense to me, since we HAVE TO PLAY SEVEN MORE GAMES. Just wishing for the best outcome bro..
 
lol, the way they are playing what makes you think they have a shot at the playoffs?

And if making the playoffs means Ireland and Philbin stay here one year longer then ill forgo the playoffs.
 
Consistency means more to me than limping into the playoffs do....now if we sweep the Jets and earn our spot in there.....you got my attention.

We will probably finish in 2nd place of the AFC East by the end of the season, but will be very tough to reach the playoffs.
