Yes, Henne never won, he did put up stats though. But in the end Henne >>>>> David Garrard. Are you ****ing kidding me.. it's not even close, Garrard never had a game like Henne had against the Patriots last year and there have been other games where Henne has put up stats.

Let me reiterate that Henne SUCKS. But he's far better than Garrard.

Ireland should have never told Henne that he will not be returning. Ireland was so sure of himself about Manning or Flynn he even flat out lied to season ticket holders saying they will definitely upgrade the quarterback position.

He should have told Henne to hang around to consider all options.

Alex Smith, Matt Flynn, these are both potential players and they may turn out good.

David Garrard? Where's the vomit bags at?

I rather have Moore, Henne, and rookie quarterback competing into next year.

But what ever, my prediction - David Garrard will be the 19th quarterback to start since Marino and then some rookie or Devlin will be the 20th. TWENTY!
 
Garrard never had a game like Henne? The man put the Jags on his back and beat the Steelers in the playoffs IN PITTSBURGH. What game did Henne have that was better than that? And I LIKED Chad Henne, probably more than anybody on this board.

Seriously the man had crap at the skill positions for years and he always put up good stats and made fairly decent decisions. Look, he isn't no savior, but the man wasn't a terrible QB like some are making him sound.

No, we saw what we had in Henne. At least Garrard is new to us, he may suck just as bad but I'll give him a look. It just isn't the vertical upgrade everyone wanted and expected.

:lol: Jacksonville has no right to laugh at anybody . . . they did the thing fans want us to do (draft a QB in the first round) and after one year people are laughing at what a bad choice Gabbert was. I don't know why they got rid of Garrard, he had them in the playoff hunt every year.
 
Garrard is a back up. not worth talking about really.

Henne?? Good Lord!! Maybe football is the wrong sport for you.
 
You mean 3rd or 4th chance. Lost track at this point. Garrard is just a backup. Some schmuck team (Jags) will think Henne is still starting material.
 
I really would prefer Henne to Garrard to compete with Moore. This is depressing.
