After reviewing the game ... using tivo

After reviewing the game using tivo and stopping and restarting it just to follow the blocking of the OL...

Here are my observations in a nut shell...

The main problems are :

1) The RT, 73, Stockar McDougles he is constantly getting beat off the line...
He wiffs, he is blown back into the QB and he gets pancaked regularly...
2) The C, 68 Seth McKinney is trying very hard but he either wiffs on his blocks or his is stood straight up and gains no forward momentum, and at his worse he gets pancaked...
3) The TE's who are supposed to help out the OL can't block period. And by TE's I mean both 81 Randy McMichael and the new man at the number two position, 40 Lorenzo Diamond.

Other than that the rest run down as ok. The man man on the OL is, RG 66 Rex Hadnot. I was amazed at his drive blocks and his pulling ability.
I would like to see the center we picked up from the Eagles given a shot at starting...

Saban should give St. Clair a chance to regain the starting RT spot

Tivo is a wonderful thing, if your a TE and you can't block *cough*randy mcmichael, you better catch everything that comes in your vicinity. That is why I am overly critical of Randy at times....

I think you should be critical of him. He is definetly one the the "golden boys" on the team to the posters on this website but the fact remains he drops as many key passes as he makes big plays.
