did any of u notice...joey harrington threw for 200 yards in the 4th quarter ALONE.

and threw for 100 in the first THREE. Anyways, Joey should and will start against GB, but unless he completely owns the packers, Daunte should come back after the Bye

No question Daunte should not be out there. No choice but to start Joey. If we sign a FA or trade (god I hope not) would take too long for them to learn the system. If we go with Cleo Lemon, Saban's asking to lose him job because we will go 1-15. Start Joey for the rest of the season and lose next year's 5th round pick. Daunte is immobile, a STATUE in the pocket. As bad as our O-line would be most of the 21 sacks in the first 4 games are Daunte's fault. Joey has been sacked once in two games. Harrington has 4 INT's 2 of which are his fault... again perfect example of player who SUCKS with bad luck. The worst thing that could happen to us right now is Harrington getting injured or benched because the biggest mistake would be putting Daunte in. Put Daunte on IR and let him get healthy. He's clearly not recovered from the surgery... if we want any chance at all next season we'd put Daunte on IR. Rushing him back, risking him getting injured or ending his career on a season that's all but over is not worth it considering it could ruin this team's future. Start Joey... forget draft picks... play to win every game like always. Put Daunte on IR.

Culpepper is not healthy enough to play, and he hasn't been in over a year. It's that simple, and Saban should be held accountable for leading fans onto believe he is.

Harrington is an excellent backup, which is all he is and all he's asked to be. As a starter, IMO, he sucks.. but we're 1-5 so we can live with it.

All I care about right now is Jason Allen getting into the line-up, Ronnie Brown carrying the ball 20+ each game, and Derek Hagan getting the start for the rest of the year.

Sit Booker, because he's not a part of the future [no offense, because I like Book]

no no no...because putting Daunte in against the best defense BEARS, he's obviously gonna get manhandled, and obviously everyone will blame Daunte...i think if Joey starts next week, first off...it means Saban likes him a lot, and secondly...u shouldnt put Daunte in his first start for awhile against the BEARS...thats a momentum killer.

It doesn't matter, the job is Daunte's when he's healthy. I thought Harrington played well though.

i like this...ive said before tho, we need to trade away our high-price players...we arent winning..simple as that. trade away Chambers, Booker, someone is bound to give us a 2nd rounder for Chambers...and a 5th rounder for Booker. we have jason taylor and zach thomas who CAN be replaced (by Roth/Bowens, and Crowder)...and someone will definetely give us a 1st or 2nd for each of them.
