Are you really saying you, in no shape or form are at a state of unrest after what you saw? If my teams played like that I'd be horrified.

Depends how the starters play.
 
Well who are these horrible starters? The secondary was not playing good, Howard was getting burned, Bell did pretty good though, The D-line wasn't puttin any pressure on the qb. The o-line didn't do too bad with pass protection, the Bears blitzed like crazy, and a lot of it had to do with the TE or rb not picking up on some, ontheotherhand, the O-line was pretty bad as far as run blocking, but Ricky didn't do any better, he has some rust that he has to shake off, because he was stumbling a lot, Gordon gets taken down so easily. Frerotte did a nice job, taking the team down the field, just good composure under the pocket, Feeley wasn't bad, but he still gets jittery, and can not see or know where a blitzh is coming from. All the receivers did well, Boston is looking good, nice catches, cuts, and moves, this could be a dangerous receiving corps. I didn't think the best defenders started though, I would rather see Daniels start along Madison, and Schulters as SS, if Bell is FS, Good and Bad, 1st preseason game, they just gotta keep chipping away, hopefully some problems will improve. I can understand criticism, especailly coming from a Bills fans but you are obviously exaggeratin, come on don't be a jack ***.

Plus on the time he got beat, he recovered and made sure that guy didn't make the tackle. If Gordon would of picked up his man then the play would of been fine.

Did you notice that Grossman only went 5/12? We didn't even have our entire starting defense out there, and our QBs had almost 70% completions on the day.

How about David Boston? :D I wish he didn't slip on that quick pass I woulda liked to see him put a shoulder into someone. ;p
 
I learned some things about individual players tonight, but nothing about the Miami Dolphins.

To put things in perspective, the Pats lost to the Bills 27-0 on opening day two years ago. What did we learn from that? That the Bills were Super Bowl bound and the Pats would have a losing record?

The NFL season is a long and winding road. Surely you cant draw any conclusions from one half of one preseason game. I havent made a formal win projection for the team, but my opinion of the 2005 Doilphins hasnt changed one iota.

I thought it was 31-0, and you guys returned the favor later on. I think it was nice to see us get 24 points up, even if it was 3rd stringers. Most guys seem to forget that not only is the season long, games are long too, and it's hard for players to perform when only on the field for a quarter. We're just now getting the pieces together for what our team is gonna look like in week one.

No Change.

I'm still not convinced either way, but the O-Line didn't exactly WoW! me at any point. We also are in dire need of a QB. I believe we should stick with Ferrote/Sage, and Let feeley go 3rd until he's got the system down. He just needs time to learn. Phins Forever!:rofl3:
