After watching...

bryant struggled with cramps and honestly should have never been back out there...playing him without him able to run hurt the cowboys late...but bryant also before he left with cramps made the best cb in the last decade in football have to put in work...a 2nd year guy who can give revis a hard nights works rediculous...

just wait...1200 yards double digit tds barring injury LOCK...just like i've been saying all along...

yeah you called it Hoops. Bryant closed down Revis Island. Revis had to get help over the top because Bryant was taking his lunch money. Of course ESPN said Revis was a star last night because of that pick at the end but most of the night, when Bryant was healthy, he was getting abused.

already noticing the same thing with plax i noticed last year with randy moss...he can't seperate down the field from dbs without pushing off...i don't know why these refs let these guys get away with extending your arm on a dbs shoulder while the balls in flight to create separation but its rediculous...watching plax last night you do him a favor when you zone him and allow him to run wherever he wants at this stage...

Listen the Jets are a smart veteran team. They find a way to win games. Turnovers, Special Teams whatever.
Call it luck but good teams make their own luck. How many times did Sean Smith drop INT's that were handed to him.

They certainly have weaknesses. The inability to run the ball was surprising. Neither LT nor Greene did anything running the ball. The field goal drive they abandoned the run after the first vanilla up the middle play was completely ineffective. They had all their time outs so time was not an issue. Plus Sanchez was feeling pressure the most of the game.
Ball Control running attack was a lot of their identity over the years. The Jets use a lot of old guys. Can they hold up if the team moves away from ball control. Also can they really expect to be successfull if Sanchez has to throw that much. Though last night he performed relatively well.

The Jets won, but even their biggest fans have to admit there are some really big concerns after that game.

i just thought it was an awesome matchup while it lasted...as in bryant wasn't cramping...similar to when i watched patrick peterson and julio jones tape head to head a year ago...just fantastic...i don't think i agree that bryant closed down revis island...it was a tit for tat kind of thing...revis is freaking phenomenal...but bryant in time is gonna win a good share of those battles also...just very physically imposing incredibly strong but soft hands and explosive

as for revis played a bad game...i didn't see that at all...ogletree who would be the #2 wr over hartline in an instant if he was here beat him on a quick inside slant route for a 1st down but other than that revis did what he always does...locks it down...i've never seen a better all around cb...he's a sure tackler willing and able in run support with fantastic feet and ball skills...he runs the routes for the wrs...lock hall of famer

you guys see austin beat cromartie at the los on that one td???? holy hell he beat him at the los like he was a step child...that was fantastic get off of press

I have to agree about the matchup. I wish these two teams played more often so I could watch these two guys compete. I think Revis is the better player, but Bryant is the better athlete. That was a hell of a show until Bryant started cramping up.

he caught ONE ball on revis. I watched the matchup throuhgout the first half and Bryant was giving him a better challenege than anyone I have seen outside of reghie Wayne 2 years ago but the bottom line is he caight one pass on him.

he was doing the same thing w/ the Giants. It used to infuriate me that he was never called for pushing off but now I like it:D

bryants a pup...just give it time...the jets couldn't get revis off of austin fast enough after bryant made a big play...bryants already the guy on the cowboys offense that the defense must always account for...how many 2nd year wrs can you say that about in the last 20 years??? and he's got great talent around him like witten and austin and still you can already see the opposition is completely keyed on stopping bryant...they should be...he's already the straw that stirs that drink

that says everything to me...

Yeah I wasn't completely sold on Bryant, but last night sold me. That guy is a beast. I don't care if his mother, sister, and all his cousins are prostitutes I still want him here

Tonights Jets game I have to believe our O Line can't be as bad as theirs! Jets line looks pathetic. When Sanchez gets time he makes some nice throws but man he is hardly getting any time. And no ppl Dallas' D ain't that great!

Whoa hold the horses before you start bragging about our Oline compared to their especially after watching ours this preseason. Yes I sure hope you are right with your observations.

So far we have not seen Long play and we sure hope he is healthy. Incognitto seems to be OK and Pouncy appears alright so far but he is a rookie so lets give him some breathing room until we see more. Now the right side of the line there has been very few positive comments on and I will leave it at that. The Jets did win last last night so lets see how well we do tonight before we start bragging about our team.

i was sold when i watched okla st tape...i was pimping this kid as the next big thing at wr...tried to tell people when he was a draft prospect that this is what he would become...we should have taken him...but no...not us

we trade down for watered down talent...quantity over quality

like i said before he was drafted and stand on today in 2 years he'll have surpassed brandon marshall...he's a better talent...better tools...nothing against b marsh but it is what it is...by his 3rd year he'll be the better player

I agree.. a win is a win.. no matter how you look at it.
