Plaxico, Boldin, and Chad Ocho Cinco could all be available via trade...
I know that no one here is a fan of trading pics and neither is our front office but those are 3 big time WR's..
personally I dont think they would do to much good with Chad back there..
I think they guys we have now would put up around the same numbers as these guys with chad as qb. Not a knock just sayin

well if boldin becomes available via trade I guarantee there will be teams willing to pay more than us...I think he becomes a Giant.

While I think Bolden is a great wide out, I have a feeling his numbers will go way down as a #1. He is as good as he is because L.F is lined up on the other side. Can anyone say Alvin Harper. While I do thinks he's better then Harper I don't think he is worth the asking price.

alvin harper? you have got to be kidding me..
2 years ago Larry Fitz was still a beast but no where near what he is now and Boldin still put up crazy numbers..
Boldin is a true number 1..
I think if 1 leaves they will both feel the effects

Plaxico, ChadJ and Owens- does Rosenhaus go out of his way to represent clubhouse cancers and windbag azzholes.. or does it just work out that way?

Haha. It justs works out that way. He goes after the guys that are going to put up numbers early in their career and he'll be able to sell those numbers for the remainder of their careers no matter how big of a clubhouse cancer they become.

I love Drew personally. He's a great guy. "Miami Mafia."

THE U!

What makes you think that Chad can't get these guys the ball? Chad made Ted "the bust" Ginn and Greg f'n Camarillo relevant and spectacular at times.

I AGREE 125%, BOLDIN WAS A PRO BOWLER EVEN WHEN LF WASN'T THERE.
BUT SAYING THAT I WOULD BE VERY HESITANT TO SEND ANY 1ST ROUND PICKS, I MEAN MOSS WAS HAD FOR A 4TH... ANYWAYS I KNOW IT'S NOT THE SAME SITUATION BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN...

lol wow that is a horrible comparison, Boldin just about owns all of the rookie records for a WR, and this was a year before Fitzgerald.

Boldin I believe also is the NFL record holder for most catches for a WR in their first 6 seasons.

Boldin is a bonafide #1, and IMO the third best WR in the league behind Fitz and Andre. Best WR after the catch. He would be the PERFECT WR for this team opposite of Ted Ginn.

You are right it was not the same situation as Moss, Moss always has issues and Oakland wanted to dump him . . . teams weren't going to give up a first for him.

Anquan is another story, he has produced from day 1 and he would be comming home to South Florida if he came. He is definitely worth a first round pick. If Roy Williams got a 1st, 3rd and a 6th . . . u better believe Anquan is worth atleast a first as well.

Ted "the bust" Ginn huh . . . real cute :rolleyes2:,

Yea it was all Chad on that flea flicker, and on the 2 reverse for TD's, and the kickoff that was called back because of a holding that wasn't needed, and the TD catch in the endzone against the Jets and the come back on the flea flicker againstt the Jets or the first catch against the home game vs. Buffalo . . . I mean are u serious? Many times Chad lobbed the ball up and the WR had to make a spectacular play on the ball. Chad isn't Dan Marino where Dan can pin point between 3 guys and the WR makes the catch . . . these WR's many times had to make great plays . . . this isn't a knock on Chad but don't knock the WR's either because for as much crap they get on this board . . . they made some great plays this year. This goes for the TE's as well . . . and the RB's.

By April, the club likely will need to seriously consider trading Boldin. The problem is determining his worth. Any deals will be compared to the Cowboys sending first-, third- and sixth-round picks to the Lions for receiver Roy Williams.

Boldin has two years left on his contract, so the team holds most of the leverage. It shouldn't settle for anything less than the Lions received.

Umm...I say no to this trade possibility.

John Clayton on ESPN radio said yesterday (no link, sorry) that he thought Boldin could be had for a #1 & #3 draft picks. There is no way the Fins, especially the Trifecta would give up that much for any player - let alone a WR. Boldin is not coming here. Do you think the Bungals are kicking themselves they did not take the 'skins offer last year for Ocho Stinko? They will want something similar, will not get it, but it also depends on what the Bungals can get done with TJ. Plax is too much of a headache. This is a pretty deep WR draft, not spectacular talent, but deep. The FO has proven you can get a guy in any round that can be productive. We can all spectulate on a bunch of WR's, but I dwould highly doubt we would ever trade multiple high picks for one.

Stop it, Boldin was putting up big time numbers as a rookie before Fitz even got drafted.

Gotta love what he brings to this team on and off the field, but also have to admit that Chad throws flutterballs especially when they're downfield. Was it Fasano who had to backtrack to catch the TD toss in the Meadowlands game? Some of this gets overlooked when our receivers do their job exceptionally, but one can only imagine how much better Ginn and Bess would be with a strong-armed QB who can lead his receivers.
