I just wanted to share a couple stories. I was also curious if anybody has gone beyond just normal trash talking to a friend after a Fins win or a rival teams loss.

my friend is a Pats fan and I gave him crap all day Sunday about it. After everything he said last year, I couldn't wait to get revenge. First off, let me say that I'm not going to outright cheer for the fact that a player got injured. But I think it's perfectly fine to give a fan crap about the impact it has on their team.

Anyways, Last night I went out and bought a sympathy card for my friend as a joke. A group of us always go out for buffalo wings on Mondays and we all made comments in the card before he got there. Things like "You don't throw with your knee anyways! What a p****!" or "Its not like they were going to win again anyways." or "Hey, he's only going to miss 15 games." or "#12, more like a zero." So my friend shows up at the bar and we give him the card. He opens it up and reads "Our thoughts are with you in this time of sadness." He immediately throws the card on the table and says "Oh my god guys, really? Are you ******* kidding me?" He didn't even have to open the card for the comments. It was classic. I'll never forget the reaction. Luckily, he's a good sport, laughed about the joke, and said he's going to keep the card with all of his Patriots stuff.

The other story isn't nearly as long, but still shows how much of an *** I am, lol. The same friend had his birthday in late March. The Super Bowl was still fresh in his mind. For his gift I bought him a bootleg copy off the whole Super Bowl. I had it set up in the dvd player on the miracle play by Manning/Tyree so I could just hit play when he show up at the house.

So how about everybody else? Any good NFL related stories/jokes/pranks that you pulled on a friend?

I once bashed my friends face in with a bat until he was a bloody pulp when his team beat the Dolphins a few years ago!

I was at the Dolphins/Jets game on Sunday.

Me and my crew were watching the game, and noticed a Pats fan walk by.

My buddy goes, "Hey 18-1".

It obviously hurt the solemn Pat's fan, and he obviously had something to get off his chest. He said, "Tom Brady got injured, it's over, it's over."

Me and buddy started cracking up, and the dude looks up at us and walks away.

Was not much of a prank, just a funny situation where we pretty much inadvertently kicked a Pats fan when he was down.

I would have taken you out bombardment style. I would have concussed you to death with my massive mamories! And then, all bets are off!:err:

What is the reason behind your "blubberness", besides it being completely grotesque and disgusting, as well as repulsive.

The last couple signature pictures have been a bit disturbing FKA. They seem to get worse every month....

where the **** did the obsession come from?

I haven't done this as a football-themed prank before but I have pulled this off (My dad was the master of relatively harmless pranks and practical jokes. At my church camp, he is legendary. It kind of stinks because I couldn't get away with anything when I was younger-- he had already done it all).

Anyhow, get the aqua (may have to settle for that bluish kind) or orange Kool-Aid powder. when you are at your buddy's house, excuse yourself to the bathroom. Unscrew the showerhead on his shower and pour the kool-aid powder on the shower head and screw it back on. When your buddy goes to wash his hair, his hair turns a wonderful shade of Miami Dolphin.

You can thank Vaark for those pics....he has been a tremendous help to me, since I have no idea how to photoshop. Its not really an obsession its more of a gimmick gone terribly wrong

Good one. Not football related, but I did replace the dome shower light bulb with a red one at Halloween, and when a girl at the party hit the wrong light switch, she screamed loud enough to be heard over the music.

I watched last years Super Bowl with a bunch of Giants fans and when Plax caught the clincher, and they were hugging and celerating, I yelled "there's a flag!" I thought I was gonna get a beer thrown at me once they knew I was joking.
