I thought we would adress the need for depth at linebacker in the draft... as we all know we didnt... i was thinking about the possiblity of drafting ahmed brooks in the suplementary draft.. it said something about him getting in trouble at virginia and looking toward that draft on nfldraftcountdown.com...if we could pick him up there it would be huge because he was once considered an elite prospect... does anyone have ne more info on this?

Along with a number of injuries, his dismissal from Virginia was due to "repeated violations of team policy", and its rumored those violations were drug related.

I'm sure Saban and co will investigate thoroughly, its just tough to tell what pick we'd be prepared to risk. Keep in mind we picked at 16 this year, so we'd have to probably go a pick higher than teams with worse records that are interested, to win out.

and a head case. I know the talent is there, but it is buried pretty deep. Maybe a 5th. The Redskins don't like to have draft picks so they'll probably use a 1rst.
