I converted all of these top prospects passer rating numbers to the NFL formula and McCarron has the highest 2 year average of all the top prospects, not just this years prospects but the past 3 years worth of prospects (including Luck and RGIII), he might have the highest two year average ever for all I know. I think he's the safest prospect in the draft with everything considered. He averaged 120 with Luck right behind at 118 and RGIII and Bridgewater tied for 3rd at 115.

Tajh Boyd actually has really good PR numbers (113) for where he's expected to go like in the 7th round or even undrafted, if I missed out on all the top guys I would take a flyer on him for sure.

I actually really like McCarron and think he could make a really solid starting NFL QB. If he is available in the 4th somehow if take him over Devlin in a heartbeat. This is coming from a guy who thinks we have too many holes to fill to do that too.

How come people aren't more excited about this guy anyway? His stats are off the charts, he won the championship game while putting up great stats and he has perfect measurables. Forgive my ignorance because I don't watch college football but how is this guy not in the discussion as the first overall pick, is he the biggest asshole on the planet or something?
