Talked about how Tony changed the culture & how the Dolphins will win the division becasue they will "be ready"
What he said about being ready made me think of a theory I have. I think we will see some new twists in the wildcat week 17. I think we are not using it alot now for that reason.

Miami will win the AFC East because..."we are ready."
Basic interview in which he gives credit to the entire team. He sounded much brighter than most athletes. Didn't say "you know" 1000 times. Seemed very confident in his answers. Represented us well!

Reaction to being traded to a 1-15 team- Wasn't sure what was going to happen because he was comfortable in Dallas and didn't know much about the guys in Miami. His doubts left him as soon as he met the guys who were already down here, and he was commited right then and there to turning the ship around.
Mindset of the team-coaches got everybody ready to play as hard as they could, and to outwork everybody. The few that were left from last year were by far the most committed.
Asked if he saw Tuna in Sparano-Said you can see some of Parcells in Sparano, but Sparano does do a lot of things differently. Says Sparano is a huge reason why a lot of the Dallas guys signed with Miami or were not upset about being traded to Miami. Also said the guys who never played for him love him.
Asked about the defense- Said they do what they can to keep the opponents out of the endzone because the offense won't play for style points (though he did say they could, but the offensive staff loves to experiment a bit too much).

I've always wondered how a guy that wasn't here last year can say a new coach has changed the culture. I'd like to hear it ( and how it's different) from someone who has gone through this crap the last couple of years.
I'm not diggin' on the guy I just don't see how he'd really know.
