Alan Branch injured?

It was just reported on Cold Pizza that Alan Branch has a couple of stress fractures in his lower leg. If this is true, he could face a free fall out of the 1st round.

I doubt he goes after the first round but with him dropping, someone else might just drop to us at #40.

I wouldn't hesitate to grab him at #40. This will probably now make Okoye that drop DL in the draft (I'm counting Gaines Adams as a DE/OLB hybrid for 3-4 teams), it he wasn't already

If there's any substance to that then falling out of the 1st is a distinct possibility, especially considering a number of teams have questions regarding his work ethic. Considering both issues it wouldn't even shock me if he fell out of round 2 also.
