hmm well maybe this means Teyo is a lock to make the team..which i think is a good move

Must mean that Saban is confident in Teyo. I knew he could make the team. I'm happy we cut Alex Holmes cuz we had one too many TEs on the roster.

My wife works at the high school his little brother goes to (The same High School Matt Leinart went to)... And when my wife asked if his brother played for the fins, and that we where Dolphin fans, he got all excitted.

He said Alex still lived at home with mom and dad during the off season. Looks like Alex maybe spending more time at home now.

Poking around the net I noticed the Phins had talked to a couple "athletic" TE's they ended up not getting as UDFA's. Looks like they are trying to get more athletic at the position and Holmes is basically one dimesional. There are still a few guys that had high fairly draftable grade (that I have not seen signed???) that I hope are actually Phins (of course we hold that secret like the Holy Grail!!!), like Eric Bassey, Aldo deGarza, Jabari Levy, William Freeman, Archie McDaniel, Gabe Fulbright, Frisner Nelson, and Nick Hartigan.

coach must really like teyo i mean the kid is a former 1st rd pick who has talent and i belive we have the best coahes in the nfl to maximize his ablity..

It's Doubtfull that this had anything to do with Teyo. Teyo is a receiving TE...Holmes is a blocking TE in the H-back mold. The only other Blocking TE's we have are Rader and peele so it was one of them nudged him out. OR it was beasley that nocked him out as he's a better blocker and receiver than holmes was...

Freeman has been invited to Washington camp...

So unless Miami calls him up he will go to that tryout.

Good. I never understood why he was on the roster for so long.
