All 10 SI contributors pick Ravens, Where's the respect?

nope and we wont get respect, i dont even think we will get any respect if we win this week then play pitt next week. hell if we make the superbowl im sure we will be big underdogs.

if we play pitt i can see us being at least a 6 point dog
 
we can win the super bowl and people will still say we suck next year...who cares, enough with all these no ones picking us and no respect threads. As long as you think we can win and know were winners and respect your team, who cares what these douches have to say. The beginning of the year ALL of them had the Cowboys vs Patriots in the super bowl, they were wrong huh? They are just paid to pick based on what they think

I agree, it just upsets me that not even 1 would give us the respect that we EARNED.
 
Who cares what the doubters say?? I dont mind being underdogs at home this week. Think about how many people picked us to win the division.
 
Respect is not given, it is earned! I think we finally start getting some after we win this game!
 
Geeeeesh.....UNBELIEVABLE!!! Forget the respect crap....JUST WIN!!! I honestly could care less about everybody crying for respect.Just because you beat somebody,doesn't mean that team is gonna give you respect.Everyone here('Fin fans)know what we went through,and what we've accomplished.I'm at peace with that.Just beat the team in front of you,and leave it on the field.Any of you think that the Jets and Firewoman Ed,have anymore respect for us now?Didn't think so....It's probably even less now(NOT THAT THERE EVER WAS ANY!!!)......Just keep bleeding aqua/orange / 'FINS4LIFE!!!
 
The Ravens beat us by 14 at home and has played a lot of tough opponents. I think that they are the ones not being given respect, only being 3 point favorites.
 
thank you aquaman54...guys,stop worrying about us getting any respect...who gives a rats a$$ if any of the media outlets show us any respect or not...ALL i care about is how our Phins do against the Ravens tomorrow...we as Dolphins fans respect our team and love them,and that's all that should matter to you guys on the "respect" front...
 
The Ravens beat us by 2 TDs at home; they have the best or 2nd best defense in the NFL; their offense has nearly equal numbers to ours playing better competition; and they have at least 2 sure HOF to our none. I'd pick them myself by more than the 3 point spread if that was my job.
That said - I get a feeling the team will play well Sunday and pull out another heart stopping win.
 
I hope our team and our fans can stay humble and not take anything for granted.Let's cheer for our team but not come off as if this team is a dynasty. Were only 1 year removed from a 1-15 season and based on some of the posts I have sometimes read here, you would think we won the SB 3 out of 4 years or something. The dolphins are owed nothing in this league and everything we get, we must earn. Does it really matter that ESPN and the world hate the phins (not that I believe they do but I'm going based on some posts I've read here claiming that to be so)? No! Is the fact that most of the talking heads have picked the ravens to win going to decide who wins on sunday? No! Is it possible that the ravens beat us? Yes and it could be ugly if we can't figure out their defense. Do they deserve to be the favorites in this game? Of course. Will any of these things play a role in how hard I cheer for my team on Sunday? Absolutely not!
