I've always liked him. I believe he's the perfect coach for us. He got a bad wrap this year because the organization wanted him to stay with Vick. Factor that in and I believe you have a much better record in Atlanta.

Also, how about Mike Shula as our offensive coordinator? That way we could make everyone happy. Mike was pretty good at Alabama a year ago. I'd like the staff if it looked like this:

HC: Mora
DC: Capers
OC: Shula

That would work for me.

im on!!!

I gotta be honest- I'm not on any of the remaining choices' bandwagons right now. Mora seems like he has a great personality, and he would be a cool guy to sit down and have a beer with and talk football. But I have to question the intelligence and common sense of anyone who could make the comments about the Washington job that he made when he made them. And then he claimed to be kidding. BS. Anyone who heard that interview knows he wasn't kidding. He was dead serious. If Huizenga has learned ANYTHING from the Saban experience, he won't hire Mora. I'd actually prefer Gailey if given the choice. It would make more sense because he's an offensive mind, plus he may feel he has something to prove at the NFL level. Mike Shula? I can't even believe we're considering him. I mean, gimme a break. His last name may be Shula, but his first name isn't Don. If we hire him, I'll slit my wrists.

I'm on.

Jim Mora Jr. always has that sly look on his face. Even when his team is losing, it's as if he knows something no one else does. And yes...this is my reason to hire him as head coach.

That does sound intriguing but I will continue to stand back and watch you all duke it out.

Who is Jim Mora Jr.? I didn't know the former Falcons coach had a son.
