John had the 1st Q with the starters, goes 5 for 9

Henne had 2nd and 3rd Q"s with the 2nd and 3rd stringers, goes 5 for 10

Josh has the 4th with whatever is left goes 5 for 8

It could have been worse.

wasn't able to watch the game, all those stats are comparable. coaches will have some film to work with and we should be better next week,,, in all aspects not just qb

Henne looked the best but he had the most playing time. Beck really didn't look bad. The only guy that really looked bad was Mccown in my opinion. We also need someone who can catch the ball consistently.

I always like to look at avg per attempt. Hemme was at about 6.7YPA. Beck was at 5. McCown was at 4. Normally you want at 7YPA. So Hemme, being rookie, really stands out. He might be the one backing up Pennington this year...

henne had the most playing time because he looked the best. :)

LOL.....Beck didnt look that bad. He seemed much smarter with the football than he was last year. If we had some wide recievers both Henne and Beck might have scored TD's.

definitely. our receivers are teh suck.

Henne looked poised and natural, strong throws, looks likes he's gonna be a good one, beck doesn't look comfortable and plays small, McCown looked Horrible, patience with the receivers this is not a 1yr project.
