All Possible Steals for 2006 Draft

Well, I am prejudiced in that I watched Daryn Colledge Play at Boise State. He would be a great addition to any team. He has the skills and he has the right attitude. Very much a team guy. I would love to have him.

Holy crap dude I'm SO in. I'll bet $500 that Demeco Ryans goes first round. You taking the bet NewEra13? We can set it up and everything...

I'll put money on it that he doesn't go first round!

Edit: Man, you must be crazy... yes hes a good athlete but first round? Cmon... is your head on straight?

I will bet you 500 bucks he goes 1st round unless he dies or gets paralyzed in the next few months. Can I get a witness?

LOL how am I wrong... you started your whole conversation that hes a 1st day guy... and then youre slowly working him down. He will be gone at the end of the 1st day AT BEST...

If you're so sure, then take the above bets.

Bet Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Anyway... to get back to the ACTUAL THREAD... Here are my top 5 steals at our 2 biggest need positions, CB and QB.. I'll add the rest of the positions later...

QB

1) Erik Meyer
2) Barrick Nealy
3) Brent Basneaz
4) Paul Pinegar
5) Justin Holland

CB

1) Josh Lay
2) Will Blackmon
3) Alan Zematis
4) Anwar Phillips
5) Jay McCariens

PLEEEEEAAAASE BET ME!!! PLEASE!!!

OK, Paskerbrandon brought up some good names. Barrick Nealy and Erik Meyer are really good ones (emphasis on Nealy), and it might be worth it to figure out what in god's name happened to Pinegar during the last three games of the year. Before the USC game the dude was considered a 2nd round possibility. Now he's fallen down to the depths of the draft in a lot of peoples' eyes and that STINKS of an overreaction. Were the 2nd round talks about him overblown? Sure. But should he go from 2nd round to undrafted because of a bad three game stretch? Probably not.

Josh Lay is a great value call I think...as would be Danieal Manning of Abilene-Christian or Justin Wyatt of USC. But some of the other guys you listed like Blackmon, Anwar, and Zemaitis...are possibley Day 1 selections.

NFLDraftscout has him at 10....at this time. I don't see him dropping 22 spots...unless he pulls a Rodgers. Take it from me....don't bet.
