ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?? what is wrong with some of you, like really I dont even know how some of you can honestly call yourself a fan of this team. This man, Tony Sparano, led a team coming off a 1-15 season and took them to our best season in a long long time and we won our division. But thats not enough, despite a tough loss to the bills yesterday on the road in the cold....he has our miami dolphins in the playoff race without our starting QB, without our best CB, without our best player period (RB), and without the center of our defense, Jason Ferguson.

So yea......lets fire that man....

It's been a tough year with injuries. We can only expect so much when such key players are lost.

1) Starting QB
2) Starting CB
3) Starting RB
4) Starting NT

It was a tough loss... I think the fans looked past the Bills almost as much as our players did... You can expect emotion on the boards... let them rant, it is their team too...

while I agree with you that Sparano should not be replaced (we have far more pressing issues IMO) I think a little accountability is a good and healthy thing... The guy has made some mistakes... I question his in game adjustments (the truest test of a coaches mettle) and some of his personnel decisions... How Porter is still a fixture is beyond me.

I will live with the bad timeouts, bad calls and boneheaded in game gaffs... Those are issues of experience... But I have to say I am a little worried... We have been outcoached in the second half IN JUST ABOUT EVERY GAME. not good... The adjustments have been ineffective or nonexistent which has translated into an inability to put teams away...

Tony should not be fired but he should be held accountable like any other player, manager or fan...

Coaches are expected to grow and get better just like players. Being out coached after halftime is becoming a weekly event, this needs to stop!

That's all fine and dandy, but him and his staffs coaching decisions are losing us games this year, period.

The truth is that Will Allen, Jason Ferguson, Chad Pennington, and Ronnie Brown are 4 of the best 7 players on this team. While I question some of the calls that Dan Henning is making as our Offensive Coordinator I can not blame this on Tony Sparano. They took over the team with a plan and it may shock many of your but we are doing fairly well. We needed to overhaul the entire roster from head to toe after we went 1-15; Ronnie Brown, Patrick Cobbs, Ted Ginn Jr, Vernon Carey, Paul Soliai, Channing Crowder,Joey Porter, Will Allen, and Yeremiah Bell are the only carry overs from the Nick Saban/Cam Cameron era's.

So let's look...

*Quarterback- Chad Henne and Pat White; we seem set here

*Running Back: Ronnie Brown/Ricky Williams/Lex Hilliard/Patrick Cobbs; we seem set here

*Offensive Line: Jake Long/Justin Smiley/ Jake Grove/Donald Thomas/Vernon Carey; we seem set here

*Wide Receiver/Tight End: This an area where we need some work. Briant Hartline and Davone Bess are good supporting Receivers but Ginn is a goner and Camarillo is inconsistent. Anthony Fasano is worth keeping around as well.

*Secondary: Our corners are rookie in Smith and Davis but how can you not be excited; Will Allen comes back as our Nickel corner next season. Nathan Jones has played well as well. Yeremiah Bell and Gibril Wilson have been getting and we have youngster Chris Clemons waiting in the wings.

*Defensive Line: We are set at Defensive End with Randy Starks, Phil Merling, Kedall Langford, and Tony McDaniel. We need a Nose Tackle as Big Ferg is likely calling it a career.

* Linebacker we need to improve as much as Wide Receiver. Akin Ayodele and Channing Crowder are average linebacker's. Crowder is inconsistent and lazy. Jason Taylor and Joey Porter are playing well but father age is catching up with them. I love what I have seen from Cameron Wake; want to see more...

I'd rank our needs like..

1)Inside Linebacker
2) Wide Receiver
3) Nose Tackle
4) Outside Linebacker
5) Tight End

Not calling for his head, but for a man who preaches accountability it's time to start holding himself accountable. His mistakes on game management can't be overlooked and it has happened too often. I understand he is only in his second year, but yesterday a 2 game coach made halftime adjustments and TS did not and once again it cost Miami a game and more than likely the season.

As far as injuries go it is true Miami has been hit with them, but look at Buffalo, they lost their starting QB, 2 starting O Linemen, 2 starting linebackers, and 2 starting CB's, and I think a starting d linemen but not 100% sure yet they were able to blow Miami out.

quit with all the excuses, every team has injuries, i am not buying that BS, we are being outplayed and out coached BAD, in the 2nd half of games

Every team does have injuries but not to 4 of their best 7 players. This is like the Colts losing Reggie Wayne, Peyton Manning, Dwight Freeney, and Dallas Clark. The Saints losing Drew Brees, Reggie Bush, Marques Colston, and Will Smith. It's hard to overcome especially with Ronnie Brown b/c he was the teams' best player man and trigger-man for our Wild-Cat offense. Out coached? I don't think we were outcoached yesterday by any means. They made more plays and that's why they won. Coaching matters like 2%, the players make 98% of the difference

Why do you believe we have been "outcoached" in the second half of almost every game? Do you have some examples?

The Bills have lost McKelvin, McGee, Mitchell, Woods (a guy I wanted Miami to draft), McKinney, McCargo, Harris, and Lynch saw limited action, so that more than compares to what Miami has lost, and I would say Miami has better talent to replace the injured players.

Yes Miami was outcoached. At halftime Buffalo made an adjustment to bring pressure up the middle over Garner and Berger, and it worked. They rushed Henne and didn't allow him to get a good follow through causing his passes to sail. Miami never adjusted for that like creating a moving pocket, throwing quick slants against back up corners, attacking back up LBs. Let's not even talk about the idiotic pass from Ricky on the first driver that changed the entire structure of the game...

I agree with you on every point except one - it wasn't cold here in New York (by our standards).

yep. New Orleans... That was a completely different game after the half... They flooded the box and committed to stopping the run as well as establishing it on the other side nullifying our pass rush...

They absolutely changed their identity at the half and took it to us... While we just scratched our heads... Brees was being kind when he said 'we believed in ourselves and never gave up...' He should have said 'Miami didn't change a thing, what did they expect?'

that was only one.
