I didn't see his name on there but: Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. I know he's a wrestler but he also played for the Hurricanes and won a National Championship with them. He was a very very successful wrestler and now a pretty good actor in some decent films.

Also maybe Warren Sapp since he played with the 'Canes.
