ALRIGHT MIAMI, Mandich is back

You just knew he'd be back once WQAM re-acquired the Dolphins. This is awesome news. The radio broadcast will be much more entertaining now. Hopefully Rose goes back to WQAM as well.

I kind of liked the other Cefalo and Rose. Although they seemed to be missing a brain cell every now and then, I found them entertaining. Nothing was better than 99 RIGHT ON TIME!
 
An ok announcer, but it's embarassing when he does that stupid
"All right Miami" cry of his. So I have to say am not over joyed
at this news.
 
I've been lstening to Mad dog for 20 years.. Since his days on WIOD calling games with the GREAT Rick Weaver.. I love the guy. Terrific.

Maybe we can Rick Weaver back too...he and Cefalo are about the same quality...
 
Having had to work more game days than I could attend for the last 30 yrs, I listened a lot to the radio (particularly before VCRs and now TIVO) but I always did enjoy the enthusiasm that Mad Dog brought. I thought it was the biggest mistake that the Fins made over the last 10 yrs (off the field of course). I'm glad to have Mad Dog back. I liked Rose, but couldn't stand Cefalo. So whoever is in the booth with him has to be better than Cefalo...
 
Living about 2 and a half hours away from Miami. When we had season tickets to the Dolphin games, I would always beg my parents to listen to his after show and recap (on the way home after the game), wheater we won or lost, I enjoyed hearing his opinon on what we did well and what we needed to improve on, as well as his responces to callers. After enough begging they would cave in and put his show on and we would listen to it, until it became all static and you could barely hear it.

Im glad he is back!

Except of course, it IS Cefalo in the booth with him. I share your disdain for him, but at least we've got the Mad Dog to help balance the crapulence...
