Was there some sort of de-regulation recently? Normally CBS would carry these types of games. FOX would normally have to have an NFC team in the game to be televised by them. Any updates would be appreciated.

They changed the rule last year. Many games been cross network since then

NFL flexible scheduling now allows cross-network games.

I much prefer FOX's crews and production to CBS, so I liked that the game was on FOX today.

Expect next week's Patriots game to stay on CBS however.

question:

this is the current draft order:
1. Tennessee Titans: 3-12 (.492 strength of schedule)
2. Cleveland Browns: 3-12 (.536 SOS)
3. San Diego Chargers: 4-11 (.523 SOS)
4. Dallas Cowboys: 4-11 (.529 SOS)
5. San Francisco 49ers: 4-11 (.552 SOS)
6. Jacksonville Jaguars: 5-10 (.471 SOS)
7. Miami Dolphins: 5-10 (.475 SOS)

if Miami loses and there are teams above them that win, does Miami move up because NE isn't factored in SOS? or is it already factored?

We lost to the Chargers, Jaguars, and Cowboys...so if we end up tied with them, we should be higher in the draft order.
Looks like a pick 4-7.
The first team to pick a QB will probably be San Francisco in that scenario.
Hopefully Hargreaves will still be there when we pick.
If Hargreaves is gone, Bosa would be a great pick at that spot.

Can't give you an answer but why not speculate? I would think since NE being on the schedule is already given information they should have included it. To be fair I would think they count twice so if NE wins the SOS would move up by 2 total wins, all other games equal. I think it would be the fairest way to calculate it if I'm the NFL.
