According to this website's formula, Miami improved from 32nd to 11th in run blocking performance and from 19th to 5th in pass blocking performance.

They go on to indicate that Miami's left side of the O-line is among the best in the league (according to their formula).

If Hudson Houck ran for Mayor.... :D
 
thats very impressive, i remember last years o-line, just so horrible

Like arguing over the worldest tallest midget..
 
I believe 11th would be better than average. In fact, it's the top 1/3 of the league. That's a HUGE difference and a difference the other 2/3rds of the league wish they had.
 
11th is good, but it isn't good enough. With Houck and decent talent, Miami should be able to construct a top 5 line. Games are won in the trenches, so it's important to get there.
 
Pittsburgh, Carolina, Chicago, and New England (ranked 26th) are below us. 11th is good enough for us if 26th is good enough for New England.
 
11s pretty good but we definatly have to improve our lineman for next yr
