idk exactly what u mean...are you talking about this Having text like this with a link to another site if so all you do is write the word you want to be linked and highlight it and click the Earth with the link and add the link to it...

Example:
Click this link!= Click this link!

not sure if thats what you ment though...

Edit: also you can do the same with images...past the image and click the eath with the link tool and add the link!

Anchors for external links...yes Example

Anchors for links within the thread? I don't believe so. Anchors are an HTML call and if HTML is turned off and there is not an alternate call for vBulletin, I don't believe it is possible
