...and we've rebuilt the Offensive Line.

Yea I’m more worried about Plan C where we have to rely on anyone other Kion smith Austin Jackson or Patrick Paul to play the tackle position.

If the options are the known suck in Borom or the unknown suck In Savaiinaea I’d rather take a shot at the unknown suck

The zona kid at tackle is just asking for redirect counter moves and giving away the inside most direct route to the qb. He’d have to be an emergency in game option only for me there.

I don’t really know what the love is about kion smith. He does nothing for me.

Armstead carried whatever grade you want to give that oline last year and while I think we are better at both guard spots plan a a poor playing left tackle is gonna hurt this group.

If we get to plan c I’d say it’s pretty much been a disaster anyways.

Kion Smith has absolutely shown flashes on tape of being an excellent tackle.

The problem is that it hasn’t shown up consistently. It becomes a juice vs. squeeze game. Is Smith progressing fast enough to be a reliable option?

I suspect the next 3-4 months will tell us.

Bourbon neat (or with one ice cube) and Jameson’s rocks for me.

I never developed a taste for Scotch. If I want peat in my whiskey, I’ll drink bourbon while mowing the lawn.

Canadian whiskey is good for cleaning wounds.

There’s still time to sign a vet for the 3rd tackle job. Idk what’s out there but I’d be checking it out.

We went from last year where our tackle situation was the best aspect of the oline from a depth standpoint to now where it’s a weakness.

Yep bourbon neat is the way. What is your go to?

It USED to be Weller’s SR, but for whatever reason, FL jacked the price on that up $15 per bottle over the last 6 months.

So right now it’s Benchmark Small Batch. It’s at least as good as Buffalo Trace.

Old Skool Hops decided to block me before I saw his most recent edgy post. How will I ever survive without his words of wisdom? 🤣
heh! He's extremely good with Xs and Os, but he can be extremely cranky.

A caveat on bourbon;

I’ve developed a taste for Smokewagon Bourbon. It’s complex without getting too close to a rye.

DAMMIT, @hoops unblock this dude. He’s smart and old school and I already insulted him for you.

You two should actually get along quite well if you stopped insulting each other for five minutes,

It's okay, it was my quest of the week to get blocked.

I've never seen that side of him. It's generally how much this or that player or position group sucks.
I'm a glass-half-full sort, and anyone who is at loggerheads with that isn't someone I'm likely to play well with.
