Andre Gurode

Better yet here is a link that says Dallas explored trade possibilities already but his salary is to much for said teams.

So it is not speculation the possibility is real. His salary could be cut and he could be moved. The link is from the official Dallas Cowboy website.

"There could be a couple of options with Gurode, who is scheduled to count $7.2 million on the cap this year, including a $6.1 million base salary. One team source said the Cowboys have talked to other clubs about a possible trade with Gurode, but his base salary isn't one other teams are interested in absorbing. That scenario makes sense with the Cowboys' decision to sit Gurode without risking further injury."

Sparano was prepared to publicly admit he was too conservative on offense and to change his personnel and gameplan.

Has he the balls to admit his own area of expertise and the unit that has had a huge amount of cash and churn pumped into it is still not functioning? Can he go back on his resolve not to tinker anymore and sign a guy like Gurode to play center, moving Pouncey, Incognito and Carey around? O'Hara also said he only wants to play center.

I can't see it. The guy knows his job is on the line and a better o-line would help solidify that, but I'm guessing that he's aiming to improve it from within rather than go into the market again for a player that will cause more upheaval in the line. Not saying he's right or wrong, but unless a tailor-made RT falls into our laps for a decent price, I can't see him messing with the other positions.

Pouncey could play at C or LG, my preference would be LG, especially with a higher quality C next to him (if financially possible). Incognito is a prototypical RG, he shouldn't be at LG. Carey is a tackle and should be paid and played as one. This OL set up is hand cuffing what they could be. Coaches/gm and players, check ur egos and do what is best for team.

Not thrilled about Gurode...If they don't want him...I don't want him
