Andre Johnson and Frank Gore are headed to the Indianapolis Colts instead of the Philadelphia Eagles, according to a report from Lance Zierlein of NFL.com.
Johnson, 33, was released by the Houston Texans on Monday and didn't waste any time on the market before finding a destination. According to Zierlein, Johnson got in touch with Gore, his former college teammate at the University of Miami, who is also set to become a free agent on Tuesday afternoon after 10 seasons with the San Francisco 49ers, and the pair decided on the Colts together.
