What is with all this luck talk?
THe Kid may not enter the draft this season.
He may pull an Eli Manning and demand to be traded..
He may become a bust...
THere is no way to tell that Luck is going be the next Marino and expecting him to be before he even gets here is nuts
Remember, Tom Brady was a 6th round pick. So the next elite QB may come from later rounds.
I really dont like the idea of watching a season that is so bad that we get the 1st overall pick..... The memory of 07 is still painfull, I dont want to add to it.

he is a redshirt junior, acadimically a senior he will come out. and luck is the surest qb prospect to come out since manning. it doesnt happen often. we have to take the chance with a top teir qb

That logic is why we are still in the dumpster. How many 5th-7th rd qbs are winning right now?
not many but that wasnt my point.
My point was that there is no gaurantee that luck is the answer and I don't like the idea of losing so badly that we are in a position to draft him.

I think you are being short sighted.
THe Lions have sucked for many years and have had tons of top draft picks yet they continued to suck for many years. Going 1-15 or 0-16 gaurantees you nothing except bottom feeder status. Do you want the phins to be the new Lions/Bengals?
We went 1-15 several years ago and outside of one miracle season we have remained a struggling team. That is what being a bad team gets you.

Lions have an awesome team. What in the world are you talking about? I would trade Henne, Sparano, Ireland, Long, Pouncey, and a whole bunch of our retards for Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson alone. They will challenge GB and Aaron Rodgers(another QB our idiots passed on) this year.
Stop talking about the Lions like they are some kind of joke team. WE are the joke team. The Lions are 3-0 and will be a force in the NFC for many years to come. I can only hope the same if/when we draft Andrew Luck.
