Andy Cohen - Evaluation Cameron's First Mini Camp

It was only three days in the middle of April. The players were wearing shorts. There was no hitting, no overstuffed playbook, no clear indications of what we are to expect when the summer really heats up. But, if nothing else, this mini camp held a couple of weeks before the draft provided a sneak preview of what Cam Cameron is all about.

One thing I like about Cameron is that his mind always seems to be on “record.” He digests everything in front of him. He asks plenty of questions. The notes he takes are only a smart part of it. You can always see the wheels turning in his calculating mind as a receiver catches a pass in full stride or an offensive lineman peels into his blocking stance.
