You forgot QB as a position of need.
I know Kolb isnt exactly lighting it up in AZ, but Vick is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!!! They traded the wrong QB
Vick has never had back to back solid seasons that I can remember. I expected it. However, Kafka has looked pretty good and that's probably someone Gruden can work with. However, Gruden loves the next guy at QB, whoever that might be, I would expect he draft one or two if he goes to Philly.
Gruden would draft a QB, then bury them on the depth chart while he brought in veteran QB after veteran QB to lead his squad.

For the record, that's what I want too. The last time the Dolphins had any shred of success was with a head coach who was an unknown, even if that's the guy we're trying to get rid of right now. But I made this thread just to incite discussion on a potential HC option.

No way to Andy Reid. He is a choker in the playoffs. Also not a fan of his playcalling.

Tony has had one good season, he's the ONLY coach without any real prior experience...we have ever had.
Reid wants complete control. He's is the GM and coach. If we are going to fire Ireland to bring him in, might as well bring Cowher? Also, Reid is not getting fired. I don't understand all the talk about him on the hot seat for having 1 bad season. Cowher, McCarthy, Gruden ect have all had a bad season or two with a super bowl QB on the roster. Reid won't be fired this year.

A lot of you are impossible to please. We want a proven head coach, not a coordinator, so Rob Ryan is out. Cowher and Gruden are out because they' won a super Bowl before, and nobody has won a Super Bowl with two teams. Andy Reid has a talented team, but is having a bad year, so he is out.
