You all have heard me speak about my uberspouse, Mrs. Z. Well today, we have been married 15 years! Tonight's plans: dinner at Ruby Tuesday's and a screening of "1408."

Our real anniversary plans are a vacation trip to Chicago in less than two weeks. The plans include:

  • One day spent at the Shedd Aquarium and the Adler Planetarium
  • Another day spent at the Museum of Science and Industry (I'm really geeked about this, as they currently have a "CSI" exhibit)
  • A trip to the Field Museum of Natural History
  • A day at the Art Institute of Chicago
  • A visit to the Han**** Building Observatory
  • "the Awesome 80's Prom": an interactive event in the vein of "Tony and Tina's Wedding"
  • two nights at the McCormick Place Hyatt Regency; and
  • two box seats behind home plate to see the Cubs play the Astros!

Congrats, Doc. That sounds like a fantastic vacation :)

The idea actually came when we watched "Night at the Museum" and found out -- after 15 years of marriage -- that we're both total museum geeks.

I'm going to try and get a lot of digital pics.

You're going to love the Art Institute. I was there last year. Make sure you don't miss the Native American exhibit.

That's so awesome Doc! I lvoe going to Wrigley. I haven't been to those other places, but I'm sure you going love every minute.

15 years, wow. My wife thinks she gets to graduate to a new husband after 15 :nono:

Congrats Doc! Sounds like a great trip you have planned!

If your marriage was a murderer it would probably be out by now.

J/K Congrats.
