Does anyone else think we need to get this guy more involved as a receiver?

He's supposed to have great hands, let's feed him some screen passes, put him in the slot to match him up against a small DB, get him the ball in the secondary where he can use he size and speed to his advantage.

Only 12 runs and 1 reception? If he is going to be our feature back, GET HIM THE BALL!

maybe if the oline was good he wouldnt have to stay back and block..otherwise i agree with u

We have plenty of bodies that can block..i agree lets utilize his extra dimension.

None of our backs or tight ends can pass protect like Ronnie...none.

He has to stay in the backfield on passing downs to help in protection.

Maybe if our damn recievers would catch the ball more consitently, teams would have to lay off blitzing a little and THEN Ronnie could use his recieving skills.

When Ricky returns I fully expect to see Ronnie lining up as a reciever to create match up problems....he is going to have a major impact and be a fine player, we just need to realize he is a rookie.

i agree..once ricky comes back it will be like auburn again...ricky will be ronnies cadillac

I think the team needs a little more time to gel, before all his talents can be used. Ricky's return will probably be a great time to start. We would have another starter quality running back and no one can overlook his speed, if he lines up as a receiver.
