We have been searching for 10 years or more. When will it stop?
It seems we never have identity! Geez another o next season.
If that is the case then stop with Linehan system and do something
else. Hear me Coach! leave me alone!

What are our chances of Saban getting rid of him, or how long will it take? If I was Saban I would clearly see that its not working out on O and just get rid of him already, I really cant see Mularkey here in the next weeks, muchless next year. Now I know why the Bills sucked for so long. But what would we do if we just got rid of him right now? Who would be the next one to call the plays?

Personally, I don't think Mularkey is doing a horrible job right now. He doesn't have confidence in the OL, and, what have they shown that he SHOULD have?
 
We are laughing stock of the leauge right now and it's mostly because of our ******* offensive coordinator. I hope we get rid of him and the faster we do that the better.
 
And as soon as we find a good OC, he'll get a head coaching job either in the NCAA or here in the NFL.

I really wish we would have just promoted Charlie Baggett, man....

Me to!! Honestly I dont care if we win the next 5 games. He still needs to be gone. It was a horrible mistake to pick him up in the first place.
 
Blueprint brought up the best idea I heard all year. Strip MM and give the power to Baggett... who was Linehan's right hand man... and knows how to opperate our offense successfully...
 
yes i agree i would give the oc job to baggett personally i don't think nick know's what the fudge he is doing in the nfl that's why he has to hire former head coaches or successfull cordinators i personally think he is lost other than the defense but on the D HE'S TAKING THE JOHN GRUDEN APROACH AND HIRING ALL THE OLD DUDES wit experince but that's not the way we need to build our team create our own idenity someone needs to let saban know you build your team through the draft you create your own idenity and grow as a team
