Give me

coach: Singletary
oc: Martz
gm: mueller (sp?)
trade: moss (booker and late 08 draft pick? frees cap space)
free agents: samuels, ahman green (can be had cheap i think), adalius thomas (briggs will get the franchise label),
first round: landry

no idea where to find the o-line help this year except in the 2nd on down of the draft, but every other situation on our team is solved. argueable one of the top offensive and one of the top defensive minds in the game being coached by one of the greatest motivaters in the game that have a young talented secondary, a powerful LB core, lots of soon to be talent on the DLine (y do we not have a new dline coach at this point as well? all these "stud" d-lineman that havent done much compared to their hype). Chambers moves back to the slot in the CPep and Moss show where chambers is in the position where he is most successful (if cpep and moss can only be good together then get them back together dang it). Brown, Williams, and Green in the backfield? If someone can figure out how to develope this a little further to make our OLine work this will be the greatest show ever on turf on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. OH NOW IT WOULD BE ON.

I think we should name Barry Sanders as head coach, Joe Montana as quarterback coach, Dan Marino as offensive coordinator and Deion Sanders as defensive coordinator.

Can't have Deion as our DC! No one will stop the run.

Actually Singletary hasn't been bad at coach but I'm not sure he is right for us.

Singletary, at this point, is not even a candidate for the job. He's not one of the dozen guys they have interviewed.

Randy Moss is scheduled to make over $9M this season. Booker makes $3M. How does this save us cap space?

Many people here in New England think that Samuel will get the franchise tag from the Patriots. The thinking is that he will want to be paid somewhere between Charles Woodson and Champ Bailey. Woodson averages just over $7M, and Bailey is getting $9M. So, a franchise tender of $8M could make sense.

Get Real!!

2K Games are more realistic

A few other problems right off the bat.
OC: Martz. Can't hire horizonally in the NFL. If Martz is fired as Lions OC, then you can hire him as your OC. If a coach is under contract, you can only offer a promotion or, if its a HC you want, compensate the other teams with cash and/or draft picks.

trade: Not even Al Davis is foolish enough to trade Moss for that little value. Are you willing to pony up a 2nd and Vernon Carey or Hadnot.
FA: Adalius Thomas will not see the light of one free agency day. Billick has already said that the Ravens first offseason priority was a contract for Thomas.
Ahman Green has rushed for 1000 yards 6 of the past 7 years and turns 30 this off season. He is going to be looking for one last big money deal and wont go cheap. Someone will pay him top $.

the rest of your post is....well..... it is what it is.

If according to your scenario we already have Ricky Williams, why do we need Ahmad Green? If we were going to use the old Oklahoma Triple Option, then it might be a possibility.
