Anthony Fasano - The Total Package

Fasano is a GREAT #2 TE, he's not a #1 TE so dont kid yourself. I've been saying for years we NEED a receiving TE to be a contender in the pass happy league. The rules are geared towards the passing game!!! Smashmouth football is dead!!! I thought we should have picked up Jimmy Graham/Aaron Hernandez ect..but we didnt. Dont get me wrong I like Fasano, but as our #2 not our #1 TE.
 
and people defend pro football focus for their rankings...lmao...what garbage
 
a tight end who can't catch is the total package?
 
I dont hoops..Davis averaged almost 17 yards a catch as a TE last year. His is a freak and IMO a better threat than Finley atm.

:lol: Just on Bryant. I didnt think he'd look that great before his leg got messed up..We agree on alot actually. Great minds think alike
 
Most people think Fasano can't catch because some of his more memorable plays are key bobbles that get picked off and he often fumbles RIGHT when a drive is starting to pick up steam. Overall he is great at getting open and moving the chains, and has pretty good hands. If he could cut down on the boneheaded plays in critical situations, he wouldn't catch nearly as much flack.

I don't think he catches alot of flack . . . I think when people say "Fasano is the TOTAL Package" he is gonna catch flack. He is decent . . . there is no other way to put it. We could do better and we could do worse.

When i say "catches flack" I mean people saying that he is not a #1 TE. There is certainly room for improvement, but I think he is and has been a starting caliber tight end.
