I remember watching mason when he was on the knicks back in the 90s...dude played hard on both ends of the court

Grew up a Knicks fan. Mason was my favorite Knicks player. RIP Anthony.

I do remember that Fielder that Mason were tight. I remember watching Mason play...the guy was a beast. Too young to die...shame.

In his honor, do yourselves and your family all a favor and get your heart checked if you are over 40. I have had 3 very close peers all die to heart disease in the last 6 yrs. I have another friend who got it checked , was told he needed a bypass , got it , and is 100% healthy today because he did.

No doubt. I just got back from a cruise and gained at least 10 pounds. LOL......I'm on a diet as we speak until at least the NFL draft. Stay healthy my friend. If you don't take care of you , no one else can. Going to have a stress test at the end of the month. Colonoscopy in September. :brewskis:
