He may be the only WR available via trade who brings value. Yes, I know he and Parcells have a bad history, but that was a few years back and fences can be mended.

With the Bucs going nowhere and Bryant a FA at the end of the year, he may be on the block. His numbers are down this year, but with TB's quarterback situation, he's hardly to blame. Does have a couple of 1,000 yard seasons to his credit and is only 28. Coming off a monster year in 08.

The two stumbling blocks I see are his past with Parcells and the fact he is TB's franchise player, so not sure of the salary cap ramifications.

But for real, i wouldnt mind getting him but only for the right price.
If we could get him for ginn and a 4th or something id jump on it. we could still use our 2nd rounder or even 1st if its late on a WR then have a rediculous WR group along with Ronnie, Henne, and a great defense with a couple adjusments to the Safties/LB's.
