Whats the scoop on him?

I recall he and Farve being a decent tandom... what happened to him? Why is he an FA that not many teams seem to be looking at?

He played for Green Bay last year and Philly the year before that. He's not all that old, only 32, so he's younger than Tim Brown. He averages a TD catch every 7.8 catches. He might be a good 3rd or 4th receiver if he's willing to sign for the minimum. Rick and Dave will give him a look and make a decisions. I think we will make an offer to at least one free agent WR. At RB though, I think we're set. He had 3 consecutive 1,000 yard seasons from 97-99 but his best years are behind him.
