He just got cut by the Browns, I know we are tired of left overs, but do you think he would be an upgrade at all from what we have cause he was good in college, and he's young

I saw him play sparingly. If he's healthy I'd say he's better than that **** stain who dropped the INT last game even though it hit him in the chest. Geez, I tried so hard to forget that play I can't remember the guy's name.

I know we have welker,Perkins is a good return man also.I think he is right behind welker in most td scored in college on returns.

I remember he was a great kick returner for Oklahoma. It seemed like he scored a kick return TD every week. But then he got injured (I think torn ACL). He's still young I would give him a shot.

Both of Cleveland's starting cornerbacks, Daylon McCutcheon and Gary Baxter are out for the season on IR. Their nickel Leigh Bodden is injured and they had their dime and 5th string starting against the Jets and THEY STILL CUT Perkins and won the game. There has to be a reason why they released him when they have the worst luck with injuries at corner, more than any team I can remember. It concerns me why they would release Antonio Perkins, something has to be up.

Perkins is a good kick off & punt returner!!! No doubt but his cover skills are no better than Goodman, Jackson or Lehan (sp??). He wouldn't be an upgrade:shakeno: I sure would like to see him return kicks!!!:D

id take him if he can tackle. then we can put him on coverage, which i see as yet another hole.

He was a bust in Cleveland, he couldn't even earn a starting spot on the team and was beaten out for the nickel back position. The Browns secondary needs a lot of help with all the injuries they have suffered, so cutting him speaks volumes about him....I say NO THANKS!

Wasn't he in the movie Psycho with Janet Leigh???
