Any of you guys think we have an interest in Weiss? I think he would be a great fit here. He's the best at grooming young QB's and can play call like no one else.
 
Why? Honestly...the guy sucks. He made his name with Brady and the Pats and hasn't done squat without them. He is nothing. He is riding on Belicheats/Brady's coat tails.

I am a big ND fan...and I hate his guts. I am so glad that ND is rid of this moron...why would I possibly want him here now?

I am not too quick to write the guy as no. He did help out Brady and being that henne is from the same college and both Brady and Henne had the same qb coach at college it just might be a formula for success, but what do i know i thought we would kill beat the bills.

I was not agreeing that we should get him only pointing out that Brady and henne had the same QB coach in college and that for would somehow help Weiss successfully teach Henne to be a more successful QB.

I disagree. Brady made his name with Weiss and Belicheat. The "great" Brady hasn't won squat since Weiss left. The Patriots have been great this decade because of their defense and Belicheats defensive mind. Brady was one small piece of the puzzle. However, when Weiss was there their offense was able to outplay some really good defenses because of the play calling by Weiss.

Lot's of great NFL coaches have floundered in the College ranks and vice verse, but Weiss is a proven NFL OC. Kinda like Cam. Great OC but a terrible HC.
 
i think anybody would be better than Henning at this point

The more i read from this thread the more i think this would be a smart move for Miami.
