Just curious, with us more or less being eliminated from the playoffs, is there any chance Patrick Turner could be made active for the final game of the season?

I would like to see him out there against Pittsburgh, I really don't see what we have to lose in playing him.

Maybe he just has not earned the field yet..

I would like to see him too as well..

i actuall saw him as i was leaving the game yesterday and i was able to talk to him for a second...i just told him to get out on the field that we need him...i hope he can contribute in some way in the future and won't be a bust of a pick

I don't see why we wouldn't but there's alot of things this staff has done I don't really understand.

I think he was active for a couple of games but I don’t think a pass ever went his way. I don’t recall even seeing him on the field.

Realistically, if he hasn't seen much playing time by now there's no reason to expect him to be active Sunday. I suppose I can’t blame Sparano for not playing someone who he feels hasn’t earned playing time.

I dont think he was ever active yet. Maybe for one game but i dont think he ever saw the field. Same thing with Kory Sheets.

I don't expect Turner to make the 53 man roster next year unless they fail to bring in a WR in the off season.

thats kind of harsh i dont think the parcells and co will give up on him that easy .... you would see him being converted to TE if thats the case.....

i just think he will prove hisself in the offseason next year

Turner has alot to prove if he cant even make the team with this group of receivers, if we bring in more talent at WR i dont see Bess or Hartline going anywhere and i personally dont think Ginn is gonna go anywhere. Hes still under contract for 2 more years.

Stop with the bull****. It takes three years for WRs to fully develop in the NFL. He will be fine.

im not saying to just give up on him yet or anything like that im just saying if we draft or sign a FA or trade for a wide receiver and we have Bess, Hartline and Ginn too i dont see Turner being active often. I wouldnt mind seeing what Turner can do tho.
