I think he's a much better overall WR, Booker would be a decent #3 but I'd actually like to see..........#1 Chambers, #2 Boston, #3 Gillmore, #4 Welker

Hell I would take Welker as a posession reciever over Booker right now. I still cant believe he dropped that deep ball.

Boston's knees are shot. He can't be an everydown player anymore at this stage in his career. He isn't a #1 or #2 WR.

He is a #3 WR who only has so many plays in him each week.

Booker was a legitimate #1 in Chicago. He really wasn't that bad last year on a terrible passing team. I think he'll be ok. He's asolid possession guy and can go deep as well.

Not much of a speed guy though, that's the only reason last night's long pass wasn't a TD. A little faster and he'd have gotten past the defensive back and in for an easy TD.

WHat are you guys talking about. Why does everyone hate on Booker he is a good player. Just because he dropped a ball in a game where we had 7 fumbles. The ball was obviously hard to hold on to all game

No, he's definitely not a burner. But he does have enough speed to keep the D honest. He can stretch the field from time to time.

Booker is NOT a gamebreaker by any means...he wont blow past DB's and catch 40yd TD's..but we have 2 guy's who can do that..I compare his style of play to Mcduffie..Booker is a possesion WR..CC and Boston ae gamebreakers..so they all compliment eachother well..we have a VERY good WR core.

Boston flashes great ability but he must be limited physically, more than I conceded. He waived himself out of the game and began slurping the Gatorade after a routine catch when he hadn't been in the game very long. He's still young enough that if the knees aren't totally shot he should be much better next year, two years after surgery.

Booker does nothing for me. If my Canes tried to start a little mediocrity like that the wolves would be after Larry Coker. I still can't get over watching Booker every play in person at the Tennessee opener last year and Samari Rolle looking flat out bored covering Booker, literally laughing after almost every play.

I normally rip Derrius Thompson but he made two effortless grabs with his hands last night. Thompson gets in trouble when he lets the ball get too close to his chest or shoulders instead of getting his hands out front.

I have no idea why we don't experiment with Gilmore or even Mann with the starting unit. It's probably an overreaction but physically I like both of them much more than tiny Marty Booker and his underwhelming efforts.
