He looks like a great head coach. Turned that Clemson program around beautifully. Clemson wasn’t even a bowl team before him. Would love to try and get him.

Any chance? Any news on him coming up to the big leagues? Or wanting to?
 
Has about as much chance of coming here as the demon barber of Fleet St ...
 
He's proven he can bring a team from mediocre to top tier, but not sure he would want to give us being on top of the world to this dumpster fire. Unless he's one of those guys that just needs the ultimate challenge. I wouldn't complain if that materialized.
 
I think he would be the only college coach I would want, but the guy is just that... a college coach. he isn't going anywhere

No kidding. Why on earth would he leave there? Successful college coaches in college towns have it made, especially in the South. I don't know why so many of them are tempted to depart, like Spurrier leaving for the Redskins.

Clemson built a new football facility recently that cost upwards of $50 million. They were already recruiting great and that has only helped.
 
Dammit lol I guess that was just wishful thinking on my part. Defintiely agree that he is building an empire there. Wouldn’t be surprised if they beat alabama again.
 
Fans need to realize that the biggest part of coaching in college is recruiting. Dabo Swinney is great at knowing what type of players he needs and getting them. Doesn't work that way in the NFL. Swinney would know what he needs but wouldn't be in position to get it. You don't get to cherry pick all the best talent in the NFL. Ask Nick Saban.
