with the health problems that chester and bowens have had dose any think vickerson will have a chance at the starting job? i think he could have a positive impact with his size in the middle.

I doubt he will start, he is still young and raw. But it seems that Saban will be using a rotation similar to the Pat's to keep them all fresh.

I don't think there's much of a chance Vickerson will be starting at all this year (assuming he makes the team) because even if TimBo and Chester go down we have Carter, Zgonina, Romero, and Vonnie Holliday (I would consider playing him DT before Vickerson).
