This would shore up some issues on the line. I am a fan of stanley at 13 but his draft stock is rising fast. He has played both Tackle spots and could be eventually Albert replacement at left tackle in 1-2 years. It isn't sexy but grabbing a center in the second round like kelly could also be an option. We just picked up 2 starters on defense (assuming they are healthy). A lot of holes to fill that may not be able to be done in a year but certainly Stanley at 13 and grabbing Kelly or even picking up a guy like Glasgow (4th round or so) who has the ability to play possible guard and center is an option.

Thoughts?

Pouncey was not that good at guard, and he was happy to go back to center I doubt they move him again.

Pouncey is not a guard.

No moving Pouncy to guard. It didn't work then and it won't work now.

Alex mack looks to be headed to Atlanta... But if keep pouncey at center. He's better there and go after Alex boone for OG

Mack would be nice but we can't afford his contract. Either way this draft has the possibility to fill some decent line needs. It isn't sexy by any means but Tannehill and his 40-50 sacks a year would be appreciative.

Rather keep Pouncey at center and actually get a good guard and 1 more serviceable guard.

Pouncey was **** awful as a guard. Dallas Thomas level bad. Why does this idea keep coming up? Pouncey is a wildly overrated C, but at least he can play that position somewhat competently.

It's hard to evaluate who can play where, when you continually change coaches and philosophies. It's a desperate move for a team with more holes than a piece of swiss cheese.
