Any guess on when or if Walton gets suspended?

The team and Mark Walton are still waiting to see if the league will take any action over his three off season arrest. My guess , based on the 5 running backs on the roster, is the team has been told a suspension is pending. If so I can't see them waiting until after the regular season starts to make such an announcement. I really thought the announcemnt would be made on Monday or maybe Tuesday since Monday was a holiday.
