Any Insight on TE Brett Brackett?

This guy, according to training camp reports, seems to be doing a pretty good job and also seems to have very good measurables. Anybody know anything about him and/or his possibilities of making the team?

recruited as a QB by Penn State, but moved to WR after PSU successfully recruited Pat Devlin. Saw spot duty early (PSU has had some really good WRs), and moved to TE as a senior since Quarless and Shular graduated. He's 6'6 and is a great athlete, just raw as a TE
